• Do not scrape, reverse-engineer or republish listing data without written permission.
• Do not submit false contact details or impersonate another person.

Project details, pricing and availability are sourced from builders and updated regularly, but may change without notice. The final booking is governed by the agreement signed directly with the builder. Always verify RERA registration and current pricing with your advisor before paying any amount.

Invest Build Con Realty charges zero brokerage to buyers. Our compensation is paid by the builder upon successful transaction.

Invest Build Con Realty facilitates introductions and coordination. We do not guarantee construction quality, possession timelines or appreciation. The final transaction is between you and the builder.

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
