Privacy Policy

When you submit an enquiry, request a callback, download a brochure or contact us, we collect: your name, phone number, email (optional), the property/locality you enquired about, and any message you choose to share.

We also collect anonymous analytics: pages visited, device type, approximate location (city-level), and traffic source. We do not collect government IDs through the website.

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange site visits or builder introductions.
• To share relevant project updates you've asked about.
• To improve our website, advisor response times and content relevance.

Your enquiry is visible only to authorized Invest Build Con Realty advisors. We share contact details with a builder only after you give explicit consent (e.g., at site visit or booking). We never sell or rent your data.

We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months after the last interaction. You can request deletion at any time by writing to privacy@investbuildcon.in.

• Enquiries stored in an access-controlled database with row-level security.
• Admin dashboard restricted to verified staff with role-based access.
• Secrets stored server-side, never shipped to the browser.
