Always verify the project's RERA registration on rera.karnataka.gov.in. The certificate must match the developer name on every document.

Budget for 12–14% over the BSP. Stamp duty, registration, GST (on under-construction), maintenance deposit and interiors add up quickly.

Insist on the all-inclusive price in writing. Floor-rise, PLC (preferred location charge) and amenity fees can swing the final number by 8%.

Walk the site at two times of day — once during peak traffic and once at night. Connectivity claims often look different at 7 PM.
